Miss Clara Eliza ,

Questionable ads putting me off one of my fave podcasts

I love this podcast. I’m just so disappointed that they haven’t taken a closer look at the ads they run. I understand podcasts need financial support but I think in this day and age there are surely enough ethical companies that podcasts could have relationships with to avoid having to promote dodgy ads like the most recent crypto investments one.

As a host you need to be responsible for the fact that you are influencing your listeners with the ads you choose to run. Most people know to turn a blind eye to ads like these but we have to think about people who might be more vulnerable. There’s also a question of values. I’d rather you scale back the podcast and ran more ethical ads.

With that last ad I mentioned it actually made me turn off the podcast which is such a shame! I don’t feel like I can listen or support it anymore.

Full of tips, knowledge and humour

Recently discovered this podcast and I am binge listening my way through the early episodes. The show is full of tips and inspiration. Loving the interaction between Sophie and Kate - ladies you regularly make me laugh out loud (providing this free therapy should rate the show 6stars).
