Changed my life

This kind and generous person who does all his podcasts and insta feeds for nothing more than wanting to help others in their fat loss and fitness goals is a legend. I listen to him everyday, especially when I’m having a wobble! Inspirational, no nonsense straight talking help! If you need someone to talk to you( I commute for 4 hours to work in the car) Jared is a fat loss knight on a white horse!!!. He keeps me going... do yourself a favour and listen to him. Thanks Jared 😘

Fitness advice for life

If you’re looking for a no nonsense, brutally honest and beneficial fitness/weight loss podcast with humour and home truths thrown in, Jared is your man. There’s no fluff, just bare facts and useful information. The show can be pretty funny too when he compares weight loss and fitness scenarios to other everyday situations, which can really make you think about your attitude to your health while having a laugh at the same time. Considering the podcast is about what can be a frustrating, challenging, difficult or boring subject, he manages to make it both fun and factual. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to get healthy while enjoying their life and without jumping on a fad-diet bandwagon.
