The ADHD Foundation is the UK's leading neurodiversity charity, offering a strength-based, lifespan service for the 1 in 5 of us who live with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, DCD, Dyscalculia, OCD, Tourette's Syndrome and more. Never have I felt more seen and emboldened listening to something
The episode with Ben and his wife had me bawling and sharing quickly with my husband. The last year has been tough after my late ADHD diagnosis at 37. I still struggle to show my true self to people after years of masking but listening to this podcast has me feeling more confident and ready to show the world my magic. Thank you ✨ 🌱
Brilliant
I love these podcasts. The host has the right balance of contributing with his own experiences without making it all about himself. It isn’t self righteous like so many other podcasts out there.
Great guests who were all at ease in sharing their stories. A great podcast for raising awareness. It’s so reassuring to know you are not alone in the challenges we face as neurodivergent individuals.
So helpful! And great interviewer
I found this podcast through the Kit Hartington episode and found it so helpful. With two neurodivergent kids and neurodivergent husband I found listening to Kit and Ben soothing, validating and illuminating. Great work - keep it up!
