    Any way you cut it, the last 12 months has been an experience filled with lessons.
    Lessons about business, lessons about ourselves, lessons about government, lessons about medicine, lessons about human nature.
    I'm here to review and talk to you about the business lessons.
    It would be very easy to just dismiss the last year and just focus on moving on- "NEXT"!
    But, just like any event we organize or attend, the "gold" is in sitting down, once it's all said and done and reviewing what we have learned, where can we improve, the areas we did well and how we make it even better!
    There are many salon owners that have just been waiting for things to get back to normal. For things to return to the way they use to be. If you fall into this category, I'm here to tell you that this IS normal, the NEW normal.
    Time doesn't go back (unless you're Marty McFly and you've been gifted a DeLorean time machine), it just moves forward and we need to make the right adjustments so our business moves with it.
