Call it a shift. Call it a revolution. Whatever name you give it, it’s clear internal communications is no longer the poor cousin in the media family tree. At a time when your organisation’s products and services can seemingly be replicated at the touch of a button, the one thing that is hardest to copy – your organisation’s collective wisdom – is fast becoming its most important asset.

In one of the UK’s first internal communications podcasts, Katie Macaulay sits down with IC thought-leaders every other Wednesday to better understand how we can improve communications at work. After all, it’s what’s inside that counts.

The Best Comms Podcast!

Ah, thank goodness, it's back! Great to have Katie back with another series. There are several comms podcasts out there but this is hands down the best. Often find myself going back to listen to episodes 2 or even 3 times. Great source of inspiration for comms practitioners!

Best learning hour of your day/week/month/year?

The interview with Sue Dewhurst and Liam Fitzpatrick is off the chart fantastic. Reminded me of all those nuggets from the black belt course over 10 years ago, punctuated by up-to-the-minute insights and analysis of recent trends. Thank you!

10/10

Insightful and realistic - lots of practical ideas to take back into my org. Love the podcast format (agree with Jenni, would love to see this channel grow!). Topic ideas - employee voice, coaching leaders, change comms.
