Invisible Folk Club core podcasts create an ambience somewhere between a folk club and a workshop. We want to entertain and educate through music and conversation. Egos are parked outside, everybody is treated the same. We do not record in a 'proper' studio, we simply set up the Zoom recorder in a terraced cottage in the heart of England and off we go. It is literally a cottage industry! We create a convivial atmosphere in which the musicians soon forget about the microphones. Then the spirit, talent, skill and enjoyment can shine through.

Grae J Wall & Rico at the Invisible Folk Club - Part 1

2½ years ago singer/songwriter Grae J Wall was an early guest at the Invisible Folk Club, on that occasion he brought along fiddle player Andy Keeble. Last August (2019) news reached us of Andy's sudden and unexpected death, it was a sad day. This podcast is dedicated to Andy. For Grae's second visit old friend and steel guitar player Rico came along and together they served up their own brand of earthy music. Echoes of Leadbelly & Hank Williams will take you straight to the heart of the matter.
