The Iron Man Wrestling Podcast – Episode 41
Welcome to another episode of the Iron Man Wrestling Podcast. On this week’s episode:
News
In this week’s news: UK wrestling scene (Welsh Wrestling, 5 Star Wrestling, ICW, Progress); Jimmy Snuka’s death, the possible return of HBK?; the latest edition of Angle-Watch; Hall of Fame rumours suggest Teddy Long; the future WWE Women’s Tournament; Royal Rumble 2017 predictions; and the latest on the recent TNA streaming app.
WWE UK Championship Tournament
The Fallen Angel had internet trouble this week, so he hasn’t watched the full UK Tournament. Shame that, because The Real Deal and Old Man Joey have. What did we think of it? Now there’s a good question.
This Week’s Favourite Thing
A new feature. What is our favourite thing that happened or we encountered in wrestling this week? Iron Sheik, Mickie James and Renee Young all get a mention.
WWE Story Time
The Real Deal has been watching Story Time, the animated show on the WWE Network. Hear his thoughts.

The Iron Man Wrestling Podcast – Episode 40
It’s a new year, yes it is, and the Iron Man Wrestling Podcast is back with more banter. The show that bills itself as the UK wrestling fan’s survival guide. Or something.
Yeah, that intro kind of fizzled out, didn’t it?
But fear not, my friends, because this week’s episode is perhaps the best yet. Join The Real Deal, The Fallen Angel and Old Man Joey for their regular weekly rambling:
News
Lots of news coverage and discussion this week. Ironic given that we didn’t think we’d have much to talk about…
Topics include: Jimmy Snuka; Mickey James; WWE Hall of Fame 2017 rumours, TNA’s recent buyout and the return of the original Double J; this week’s Raw and Smackdown; and a brief piece about a London fetish gym. Yeah…
World of Sport – Wrestling recap
The pilot episode broadcast on New Year’s Eve here in the UK.
TNA’s new streaming app
We won’t lie – WWE Network has nothing to worry about just yet.
2017 Predictions
Who will be the breakout star in 2017? What resolutions do we want WWE to follow this year?

The Iron Man Wrestling Podcast – Episode 39
From everyone at the Iron Man Wrestling Podcast, please accept our warmest wishes this holiday season.
But what's on this week's episode? It is our first annual End of Year Awards show.
For the full list of categories and winners, click here. Expect the usual amount of banter between The Real Deal, The Festive Angel (I see what he did there) and Old Man Joey.
Plus! There is the Secret Santa gift giving, where in Triple Threat/Round Robin style a gift was purchased for each of us by one of the others. It goes exactly as you thought it would.

The Iron Man Wrestling Podcast – Episode 38
It's the Iron Man Wrestling Podcast's go-home show for the year as we wrap up as best we can before our special End of Year Awards show next week. On this episode:
News
WWE have introduced a UK title, with plans to launch a regional, weekly show. Good news for us UK fans
ITV's World of Sport is set to debut soon. Interesting timing on WWE's part, don't you think?
And finally - Scott Hall's Christmas Tree. Go see his Twitter feed. And what is on his television.
Fatally Flawed Way
In our fantasy match for the ages, it's Eva Marie vs Nikki "Nikolai" Bella vs Brie Bella vs Dana Brooke. Electrifying.
Manager of Choice
Two rounds this week. If we were professional wrestlers (and it was all real), who would we choose to manage us?
Bobby Heenan or "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart
Mr Perfect (circa 1992) or Ric Flair (circa Evolution)
TLC 2016 Review
We review the latest PPV event (at the time of recording).
Roadblock: End of the Line 2016 preview
This was recorded before Roadblock, so we take a look at the event card.

The Iron Man Wrestling Podcast – Episode 37
Welcome to episode 37 of the Iron Man Wrestling Podcast. This week is something a little different.
A review of WCW - May 2000
Yes, we're covering WCW's final year, starting from May 2000. Each recap episode will cover a month of WCW. For our own piece of mind we're only watching Nitro and the PPV events as they happen. Any more and our brains might dissolve.
Gasp and be amazed at the multiple WCW World Heavyweight title changes! Be aghast at the thought of David Arquette being the champ. Or Jeff Jarrett, come to think of it. And then Ric Flair again. Perhaps even Kevin Nash. And repeat ad nauseam.
Honestly, it was a very bad year for WCW.
