Hits the perfect beats

A lot of bodybuilding podcasts tend to dive really really deep and almost exclusively into neuroscience and wellness and mindset and all this stuff and get a little too academic or distant from the actual practice of bodybuilding itself.

I haven’t found another podcast yet that stays as grounded and speaks with an everyday tone of voice to stay relevant and fun. Big big fan and I’m excited to dig into the older episodes.

The best training podcast. PERIOD.

Having actually actively searched for other podcasts of similar nature to Jeff’s I can say that there are no other podcasts like his. I learn something new every episode that I can apply to my training and nutrition.

Jeff uses real studies from the scientific community and does the best job summarising the information so that even I can understand it.

I only wish there were more episodes 😭
