I want more in 2020!!!
So useful and informative❤️👍🏿
Hits the perfect beats
A lot of bodybuilding podcasts tend to dive really really deep and almost exclusively into neuroscience and wellness and mindset and all this stuff and get a little too academic or distant from the actual practice of bodybuilding itself.
I haven’t found another podcast yet that stays as grounded and speaks with an everyday tone of voice to stay relevant and fun. Big big fan and I’m excited to dig into the older episodes.
Love his content.
Loyal listener from Scotland, UK. Have always found his work informative and easy to follow and preach a lot of his stuff to my own following.
