Our guest is Lara, who is not your stereotypical librarian, in the sense that she doesn't spend her days telling people to 'ssshhhhh' or chasing people for fines. Our guest this week is Gary, who used to be Citi Bank's most profitable trader in the world back in 2011. He tells Joe and Tom all about how the trading floor works, and if it is actually anything like The Wolf of Wall Street. He also explains how he used to move millions of dollars around like it was a game, the toxic masculinity he experienced and how he eventually walked away from it all due to poor mental health.
