Absolutely brilliant

Found this gem while searching for old 90s bbc programs and I’m so glad I did. Jonathan creek is one of my al time favourites! Love the podcast

Actual Creek fans will struggle

It’s good to hear an in-depth discussion of each episode from hosts that clearly know the genre but fans of Creek that are coming here to hear others who love the show will be disappointed and probably annoyed by the amount of complaining and snide remarks. Also, yes. We get it. 90s humour was different. We don’t need to be lectured on it at every opportunity.

Making Jonathan Woke The Clue of the Savants Thumb

Liked these guys Columbo podcast until especially Ian started to get faux offended by the lack of the detectives woke credentials despite them reviewing 40+ years after the show was made, fast forward a few years and now they’re full on offended by Jonathan and how he addressed a trans man concluding this must be David Renwicks humour (or lack off) , think Gerry should go it alone as must be tough working with the right on Ian who should stick to his sci-fi shows , his mono tone delivery and fact he seems permanently ready to be offended always lessens the show’s enjoyment for me to the point I have to stop listening to them as in almost every episode he’s been upset by something, it’s a show which started in the 90s and the quality and fun had deteriorated as the BBC’s policy started being more about not offending anyone than making a good show which am sure Ian would appreciate
