We’re simply asking you to remove the first criminal conviction check box from the initial job application, and ask these questions later in the recruitment process. More than one million job roles are now more accessible to people with criminal convictions from those companies that have signed up to Ban the Box. Yours can too. Visit www.bitc.org.uk/BanTheBox

A must on Responsible Business

A great listen for anyone willing to explore what role businesses can play in tackling the social and environmental challenges of our time.

Women In Business

Much-needed interactions between women in business outside of podcasts 'for women'. I love how The Lens explores the need for gender equality, wage parity, intersectionalism and so many other issues that concern women within wider conversations and debates on business. I listen to every episode and will continue to!

Great discussions

Really liked the interaction between a young leader and a more experienced one. It’s good to hear some CEOs opening up and sharing their views and experiences on topical issues.
