A Revelation!

With the recent covid 19 pandemic, I’ve been trying (and failing) many forms of mediation including many podcasts. Paul’s easy to follow, clear and concise instructional podcasts have totally changed my way of coping with my anxiety. Take it slow, find a comfortable place to sit, follow the instructions and don’t put too much pressure on yourself and you will find it as enlightening as I did, I’m sure! It’s my go to meditation podcast from now on! Well done Paul!

This is a very different episode and one of the best as it shows the reasons for the methodology Paul employs.
Thank you for sharing your story Paul.
The way he showed his vulnerability was very brave. And then the way Paul turned his negative and traumatic youth into a search to help so many others is truly inspiring.

Negative mood changer

The first couple of times I practised the negative mood changer podcast I couldn’t find a positive memory, I knew I had to have at least one but I just couldn’t think of any. I didn’t give up though, I kept at it and today found my powerful positive memory (yay). This is such a powerful podcast, my mood and the physical emotions I felt have completely changed.
