Story telling with each guest, as well as live music performances. Life as we know it, before during & after Lockdown. Each episode has its own steer, individual style & feel with each guest. The mechanics behind the podcast are – Each guest is a well known name, we know all about them, but what do they do in Lockdown? This is something nobody planned for, have they? JAMIE DORNAN - THE LOCKDOWN WITH PHIL REYNOLDS
I had such a lovely time chatting with Jamie Dornan. Someone who is busting with flare & charm but still one of the humble people I've had on the podcast. Jamie chats at length about how immensely proud to be from N.Ireland. From pints in the Crown Bar in Belfast to writing new blockbuster movie scripts.
Explaining what it means to him to be a patron of NIPanC is a Northern Ireland Pancreatic Cancer group and the work he does with them.
Mr Grey will see you now. -

CARL FRAMPTON - THE LOCKDOWN WITH PHIL REYNOLDS
And now...
Carl Frampton MBE Belfast boy and three-time World Champion and the only Northern Irishman to have won World titles in two weight classes.
You will struggle to find someone who is as proud to be a Belfast man. As per the Northern Irish humour we of course had to have a bit of a sing song...

THE JAPANESE POPSTARS - THE LOCKDOWN WITH PHIL REYNOLDS
The Japanese Popstars are a Northern Irish electronic group consisting of Gary Curran and Gareth Donoghue. One of the finest duo's to come from Derry, Northern ireland.
They have played across the world with productions on John Digweed's Bedrock Records & support from some of the biggest names in techno. They took a much needed break from music but they are back now, bigger better and stronger than ever.
Coming back into the music scene after a 5 year break is difficult at that, but how do you do it in the middle of a world wide pandemic? -
AMANDA OWEN - OUR YORKSHIRE FARM - THE LOCKDOWN WITH PHIL REYNOLDS
The shepherdess talks about her journey from school when she decided this was was the career. Walking away from the big city and living on one of the most remote farms in Britain having been advised by her careers adviser that it wasn't the choice career for her, she has since went on to be a best selling author. Now in the 3rd series of one of the highest rating programmes on Channel 5 ''Our Yorkshire Farm''.
Such a breathtaking chat about engineering endless possibilities to being the best you can be & of course the most important thing of all being Mum to her 9 children. -
DARREN FARLEY - THE LOCKDOWN WITH PHIL REYNOLDS
Probably the best football impressionist on the planet. As the Premier League has come to a close, Darren joins The Lockdown for a season round up. As well as some sensational banter.

Phil Decides
Good chat, Phil decides who he interviews, you decide if it’s worth a listen or not - good honest chat with plenty of banter, he’s not Pete Snodden thankfully
Top drawer!
