#MW3 - POC IOM - Racism
We chat with Catherine, Elsa and Haafizah of POC IOM.
Starting constructive conversations about racism and bias can be daunting, regardless of the audience. It shouldn’t be; dialogue and education can only help the understanding and discussion.
If you think racism isn’t on the Island - you're mistaken. We talk about micro aggression, the meaning of white privilege and what BLM means.
A wonderfully open conversation about experiences and understanding.

Fantastic Podcast - Recommended
With over 40yrs of both participating and coaching in Manx sport, I’m really enjoying hearing other local competitors and trainers spill their life stories and experiences.
The beauty of this podcast is that Martin and Matt don’t rush their guests, and dig deep into their upbringing, lifestyle and career - this results in a highly informative, fascinating and well-rounded audio experience.
