I have to switch Martin off around the 2 min mark. Why? He speaks at 1,000 mph, he gives not only the answer but that much detail the average person won’t retain in a million years (like reading the terms and conditions of a complex financial instrument) I know he walks 80,000 steps a day and has phenomenal energy but as a communicator he’s extremely bad for this many reasons. On his presumably amusing 3 part question he puts Adrian Chills through he takes delight in the fact that the host only gets about 50% of the answers correct which is like random chance. However as it’s a 3 part question the average odds are only 33% not 50/50. He seems to sum his ego in proving that he’s the peoples champion but I think it’s more to do with his overly elevated view of himself. Why doesn’t he just give a reasonable answer at a Pace everyone can keep up with and keep the detail to what the listener can reasonably take in????????? His financial acumen is without question but his presentation of the facts is at least extremely irritating.
