Uplifting

These podcasts are a life saver for people like me with chronic migraine. Every episode is packed full of information but what I particularly like are the success stories like the most recent one from Julia who talks about her journey to migraine freedom without pills. These stories constantly reassure that we are all different, we all respond differently to the ‘Plan’ and that success comes in many forms. Comforting to know that one’s own experience mirrors many others’ out there and that we are all in sight of our own success stories.

I can’t thank you enough

I am really enjoying working my way through all of you valuable information and I am learning so much, not only to help me manage my migraines but in general about health and nutrition with are subjects I have always found so complicated to understand. There are so many conflicting stories about what is good and what is bad for us! Between reading the book, listening to all of the podcasts, referring to the website, and the Facebook group I am really understanding the effects on my body of what I eat and more importantly why.
Thank you for explaining everything so brilliantly via all your available resources it really has helped me.
