No matter who you are, if you have a head on your shoulders it is likely you’ll experience a mind body symptom, perhaps even many within your lifetime. Eddy is a wonderful host, he listens carefully and asks intelligent questions. His understanding of TMS (psychophysiological pain) runs deep as does his understanding of athleticism, especially CrossFit. He is a very relatable character, a family man who has a real love and lust for life.
As an athletic male in my 30s who has come back from 5 + years of debilitating pain using TMS principles I continue to listen to Eddy’s podcast as a way of broadening my perspectives and learning from others experiences, as I work towards my own practitioner qualification.
If you want to learn from the best minds in the professional field of TMS/PPD/MBS or get inspired by incredible tails of recovery through raw determination and commitment then drop what you’re doing and tune in. You won’t be disappointed.
Ps I know it has been brought up but please never change the intro music, Eddy. It gets me charged and it’s a refreshing change from ‘the norm’. The new mix works super well too.
Best wishes from Scotland! 👊🎶
