Great interview

I am a newbie to your show Jason, but already love your interview with Dan Buettner. Real and raw food stories and it is amazing to hear Dan unpack and explain how he is bringing Blue Zone policies to help people to change their health habits and find their purpose. You had such a highly inspirational conversation. I look forward to catching up on more episodes. Thank you

Sponsored by the meat industry?

I really enjoy listening to these podcast but lately I feel it may as well be called the ‘reasons to eat meat’ podcast! Don’t get me wrong I am not a hardcore vegan or anything but every dietician seems to be promoting heavy meat based and Keto diets. I appreciate that’s their views but there are also many issues with eating a meat based diet that seem to be ignored by the dieticians and that’s not just the damage to the planet. More balance please!
