Train smarter not Harder

This is a great no BS podcast, which the host give great insight into MMA training, the simple Do's and Do nots.
It wont get you into doing the latest fitness Fads, but it will help to avoid bad gyms and injuries.
Advice on over training and mental training from a veteran in the sport is priceless, many MMA gym's will not have experienced fighters coaching and teaching this much needed advice.
Its all about KISS Keep It Simple Stupid, its great to listen too and you really can absorb the info. It really has changed my attitude to training and has helped my MMA game so much.
