Inspiring, consistent, life changing
I began listening to Shawn's podcast about 4 years ago. I was 22 at the time and had been suffering severe back and shoulder pain since my early teenage years with no doctor knowing how to fix it. Hearing that Shawn had also suffered severe back issues, I knew this was the podcast for me! During these past 4 years I have put into practice the knowledge and wisdom from Shawn's show. It has truly changed my life! I came in looking for nutrition and fitness tips, and have come out a more motivated person mentally, and am working towards acheiving my goals in life.
