This one was about workplace clutures and in particular the nature of toxic environments. Many of us sadly are in middle of toxic workplaces day in and day out. 
The talk looks at what we can do about this and how as employees we can better spot the signs. It also looks at how despite the toxic nature of some managers, we can help them out.
