Great Show

I want to say how brilliant and engaging interviewer Dan Kerry comes across in the fantastic “Behind The Roar” podcast. It goes without saying that those being interviewed (ie.. David Ling, David Beauregard etc) are excellent guests and have the listener hooked from the outset, BUT Dan Kerry’s personable chat with genuine interest are the real reason for the series being such a hit.

It took me a little digging to find out who the “interviewer” was in the first few episodes but I felt compelled to find out - as l was so impressed with how he made the guests relax and open up.

Please let Dan know what a brilliant job he is doing and how much I am looking forward to future episodes.

It could be so much better

I like the podcast, I like the fact that I can keep up to date with the panthers, BUT I think it can be so much better.

Firstly the run time. Two minutes or there about is frustrating, you just turn it on and then it’s over. I would like to see a podcast at about 30-45 minutes long, maybe once or twice a week.

Secondly I think more talk/highlights/discussion on the actual games that have been played and are going going to be played and not just the two minutes interviews that are uploaded currently.

I believe that people will enjoy listening to a longer podcast and getting the highlights of games and the interviews and discussions of the future schedule. These changes would definitely improve my listening experience as I put it on in the work van. In my opinion check out the “around the nfl” podcast for a good and entertaining podcast, if we can recreate that kind of podcast for British ice hockey and/or the panthers, I think we will have a winner
