Episode 30 - Anxiety & Mindset Coach - Mina Soto - The Path, Spirituality & Creativity

Episode 30 - Anxiety & Mindset Coach - Mina Soto - The Path, Spirituality & Creativity

In today's show I interview the wonderful and charming Mina Soto. Mina is an anxiety and mindset coach and a musician. When she was younger she really struggled with OCD and anxiety, but in the end she was able to find her way out of it. Mina believes that we develop problems with anxiety when we become remote from our values and get off our path. Her approach is all about helping people to reconnect with what matters most to them. Being a spiritual person, Mina also shares how spirituality helps her to deal with anxiety and we discuss why some people are so suspicious of spirituality and how they might overcome that. Mina Soto is an Anxiety + Mindset Coach, Songwriter, and Podcast Host based in Austin,TexasHer years of experience with Anxiety and OCD brought her closer to a purpose that involved shining a light on others abilities to heal and grow through their own intuition and by allowing them to see their Anxiety as an alert system to expand on their own life path. So often, she noticed, humans will walk a road built on limiting beliefs, and old patterns, all while suppressing their desires to create, and live freely because of so many avenues life has decided "for"them. Her message is simple: Do what makes you happy, take care of yourself, show love, and help where you can. The rest will fall into place! Her practice is built on helping you find the answers that are always from within, and she is only holding up a mirror for your deepest desires! You can find more information on Mina + her services on her website www.minasoto.com and all her podcast and music updates on Instagram @_minasoto_Want to get monthly information about overcoming anxiety?
