The only OCD podcast you need

All OCD sufferers I know are looking for the magic bullet, that piece of information that will fix everything. As a result, we read everything there is to know about OCD and listen to as much content as we can. Sadly there is no magic bullet, if there is, we’d know about it by now. So, there is no need to compulsively read everything on OCD, or listen to every podcast about it on planet earth. The one podcast that covers everything, the only one you need, is this one. Thanks for everything you do for the OCD community Stuart. You are an amazing person.

I've been listening to this podcast know for quite a few years and always love coming back to it to hear stories from those with OCD, therapists and others. It's a great way to bolster things you may have learned through therapy, personal experience of the condition and also to discover new insights and ideas about OCD. Fantastic interviewer, who always creates a genuine discussion and a really open atmosphere for sharing knowledge and experiences.
