We all know that Tomás O'Sé has five All-Irelands and comes from the most famous gaelic football family on the planet.
But is he any good at putting up a trampoline? 
In this episode, Tomás talks about controlling your temper when  dealing with the kids, throwing a sickie from school to watch the launch of Network 2 and running Uncle Paidí's pub when he was 13.

I mainly asked Tomás about life with his son Jamie. We  talked  Peppa Pig, Christmas with the in-laws, going back to hurling after 15 years playing rugby, and how he managed to get fat in the south of France.

This week's Old Man is Cork broadcaster and writer, Joe O'Shea. We talked ketchup, the perfect bedtime routine for a 20 month old, we even got nostalgic about the good old days when men weren't expected to change nappies. WARNING: We start singing the nighttime from  Cbeebies (The Time has Come, To Say Goodnight), but we managed to stop before it got too embarrassing. 

A belter of an episode with one of my favourite writers, publican, father of four and professional Kerry man Billy Keane. We talk the Pope saying mad things, the magic of a few pints, blow-up dolls, teaching your kids empathy and trying to get your godson (Johnny Sexton) to play for Munster. 

Broadcasting's Ray Foley sat down with me in Red FM to talk about cursing at children, working in Cork and living in Dublin, seeing his kids at the weekends, why he doesn't Skype or FaceTime them during the week,  blackout blinds, talking to your partner on holidays and why he drinks Skinny Bitches. I nearly wet myself more than once, he's a little bit funny.
