Episode 139 - 10 Commandments of Supplementation for Men Over 40
Most of us understand that nutrition is a critical pillar of health and wellness. But sometimes, despite our efforts to eat a balanced diet daily, we still have dietary deficiencies, partly because food quality has changed over the years.
Nutritional supplements help us compensate for the deficiencies and improve our overall health. So, today, I'm going to take you behind the scenes of one of our coaching calls, where I talked about the top 10 to 15 supplements for men over 40, why you need them, and how to use them for the best results.
We talked about the role of supplements like creatine, whey protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D3 and K2, magnesium, zinc, HMB, probiotics, CoQ10, Vitamin B12, ashwagandha, and saw palmetto in combating age-related muscle loss, promoting gut health, supporting hormonal balance, boosting testosterone, and improving mental, prostate, and overall health.
I also emphasized the importance of sleep in maintaining health and suggested a six-week challenge to enhance sleep quality.

I’m not usually one for writing reviews. This Podcast is the exception. It is life changing. Funk Roberts delivers this insightful, eye opening and educational information in a brilliant, no BS, funny and frank style. It really works. I’ve followed the plan for only 4 weeks and I’m a convert. I’ve lost 12lbs, more than an inch off my waist so far, I’ve got more energy and I feel brilliant. Great work Funk!
