Fantastic!

this is really good! the quality is remarkably high for a podcast. i thoroughly enjoyed it, and recommend for any tube / train / bus journey you may find yourself on.

A cut above

It's always tricky trying to introduce completely new characters and settings to an audience - especiially in an aural environment - but 'The Paranormalists' does it extremely well. There's lots going on, lots of action and lots of strands to the story, but (and it's a credit to the writing) I'm never lost or confused.

Already, the characters are likeable and 'familiar' with the chemistry between the actors making it a pleasure to listen to. The production and sound design are also superb.

This really is a cut above and I just hope there are more adventures in the pipeline.

Great Start!

I have just managed to successfully download the pod and was in luck to get both episodes which i REALLY enjoyed!! The first episode, although it was entertaining, didn't really convey what it's all about, and i loved the second episode because the elvis story has properly begun and i laughed alot. The thing even if i didnt understand everything that was happening and havent got a clear breakdown of the team yet it made very easy and enjoyable and comice listening, a kind of famous five meets the office crossed with pirates of the carribean. It was also nice and gentle which i think is very important for anytime listening and that played really well with the soundtrack, the music is ace!

I noticed that one of the actors was a third of the consultants which i used to listen to every so often on r4 (im a bit of radio 4 six thirty slot know itall).

V much looking forward to next episode.
