I love these podcasts. I don’t set off for a walk without one of these playing in my ears. So knowledgeable, interesting, thorough and balanced. I listen to them all, even topics I don’t need help with!
I’ve managed my little ones reflux/ colic/ milk protein intolerance for the last 11 weeks and I’ve just stumbled on this podcast, I wish I had looked for this earlier. the podcast about reflux and milk,is word for word the journey I’ve been on with my little girl.
I wish I had known about this podcast at the beginning of this journey instead of putting bits of information together myself from endless late night / early morning googling and constantly pestering my Gp and health visitor for answers and help. Thank you for this amazing pod, it’s the help I needed!
Every parent needs this
Such a great podcast! I started following Heidi on Instagram when my baby girl was about a month old (in sleep deprivation hell) and loved all the useful content. Baby girl is now almost 5 months; I’ve completed the online sleep course, I’m working my way through the podcasts and there is so much useful info to take in. I was quite anxious about ruining our great routine by getting out and about more but I was was feeling really trapped and bored at home. These podcasts have made me feel so much more relaxed and have less Mum guilt about getting my baby to nap on the go and breaking routine sometimes. Amazing and a must listen for anyone who wants to tackle sleep and routine. Wish I’d listened even sooner as we were blindly battling unknown silent reflux at the start. Thank you for the fab content!
