Top Tips To Tackle Overthinking- Part 2

Top Tips To Tackle Overthinking- Part 2

This is Part 2 of a two-part podcast where Pat brings us through a plethora of strategies to help us overcome overthinking. When we overthink we can more often than not lean into the negative aspects of the subject matter we're focussed on. We break down detail that would normally be inconsequential and instead decide that it is one of many reasons why we should or should not pursue something. It too can often lead to no action being taken due to a kind of thought based paralysis, or poor decision making in haste when our minds have over-complicated a problem.

Awesome

Love this podcast. I heard Pat on a different podcast so checked this out.

Just back from a run where I listened to 3 back to back. Pat has an amazing ability to communicate information simply and in a relatable way. Love the really practical nature of the content.

Love the podcast

Hey Pat,

Love the podcast, it’s really had a positive affect on me!

I’d love to know your techniques on how to stay focussed and motivated at work and breaking past ‘delivering the perfect’ output... rather than delivering what’s needed.

Tom
