Excellent

Informative, thought-provoking ... and often really funny, too.

The PFF way.

Imagine PFF were the GM’s of all 32 NFL teams:
1. There would be 32 top 5 O-lines.
2. There would be 32 top 5 secondaries.
3. There would be 32 top 5 QB’s and passing attacks.

GUYS STOP TALKING ABOUT HOW AWESOME YOU ARE AND KEEP GIVING US THE THE IN DEPTH ANALYSIS WE CAN’T GET ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOUR REAL LISTENERS ARE TIRED OF YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE RUNNING GAME. WHEN YOU LECTURE US ON THAT YOU INSULT US!

The concept is excellent, the execution poor.

The presuppositions and assumptions made by the two hosts make the statistics less of an insightful supplement to an analysis of football. The Irish host has a deplorably dull way of delivering his opinions and unnecessarily extends the podcasts by paraphrasing his points two to three times.

Overall, the type of treatment of data the hosts espouse is germane for a football media that celebrates ‘us’ and ‘them’; furthermore, it fails to incorporate, and treat with respect, the multitude of aspects necessary to provide a fuller appreciation of the game.
