Great host and interesting guests

It’s inspiring to listen to such honest and open conversations with people who are not afraid to show their vulnerable side. A great selection of guests, a thoughtful host who asks all of the right questions. I’d recommend this show to anyone who is fascinated by human psychology, enjoys hearing about individuals journeys or a rugby player/supporter.

Great perspectives

I have never played rugby, but love listening to Anthony’s conversations with guests who had to turn their lives around. I can connect with them on many levels, even though I am not an athlete. So nice to listen to. Thank you Anthony!

It’s not just about the rugby

I don’t know if I should admit this, but I don’t know much about rugby. I stumbled across this looking into podcasts about improving lifestyle with a twist. Anthony has really interesting guests and gets the right balance between giving them a chance to share their story but also providing tips and strategies that have helped them recover from injury or stopping rugby. But this also appeals to just tips to help yourself develop to be the best version. A mixture of deep heart warming chats, inspirational with a bit of humour splashed throughout. You should check it out.
