Great insights & advice...
Great ‘behind the scenes’ insights into what it is like to work as an EA, and valuable advice for progression too. As someone considering this as a career when I graduate next year, these podcasts have come at the perfect time! Thank you Lily! 😊
Insightful and Inspiring
I really enjoyed listening to Sophie being so open as she discussed her experience and offered advice about what being a PA really means and involves. I have held a few roles all of which have involved a variety of responsibilities including PA elements. I am now focusing on applying for PA specific roles but struggle to find the all encompassing role Sophie describes and that I really aspire to holding. As she stays I really want to stay in ‘one lane’ now so I can give my ultimate focus to the role that’s most important to me. I am a tad older with quite an eclectic CV, perhaps that might go against me, but I know I am someone who doesn’t shy away from hard work or learning from the ground up. This podcast has made me feel a little more positive that an opportunity may still be out there (and ‘up north’) Thank you Lily and Sophie for the insightful and inspiring podcast.
Fantastic interview with Amanda Hargreaves
Well done Lily and Amanda. Great to have a podcast series showcasing British EAs and PAs. Amanda is an inspiration to so many and I’m proud to have know her for a long time and be part of the awards. 👍👍
