Customer Reviews
Amazing podcast!
I’ve been a listener since 2019 and you’ve inspired me through my property journey. I can’t say enough how much your podcast has helped through some of the lows of property investing. In that time, I’ve bought 5 BTL properties, flipped one & helped family members buy another 5 BTL’s.
I have caught up with your all your episodes from 2013 during my drives to & from property refurbs. I can’t thank you guys enough for the free the content. Please keep it going!
I recommend your podcast to my friends that are interested in property. BTW, I don’t mind if you have ads on the podcast.
I’m meeting Al Oackno as a result of The Property Podcast!
I loved episode 588 of your podcast where you talked about your top books and resources from 2022.
I was surprised to see a book about cocktail parties! But I understood the rationale as I wanted to host more at home but felt it was too overwhelming.
I’ve now hosted my first party.
And as a result I’m meeting Al Pacino at an event I’d never have heard about without that party!
So appreciate you sharing.
And look forward to following along your continued success in 2023,
No knowledge on bitcoin
To hear property professionals talk about Bitcoin with little more than a boomer overview, is painful. Please stick to pushing low yield illiquid piles of bricks and leave the bitcoin network to those of us that have done the research. Every property you or your listeners have bought since 2009 has been decimated when measured against bitcoins growth. This trend will continue and at some point in the not too distant future people putting 25k in to a run down buy to let in some crime ridden hole of a town / city in the UK, for a yield of 5% + headaches if they’re lucky, will question why they didn’t do their own research and try to understand what Bitcoin is and why it’s an unstoppable mathematical force that will eat your breakfast and every other asset class there is ( yes, that won’t happen over night, but it will happen )
