Welcome to The Pursuit of Enhancement Podcast.

Each week I sit down to talk in-depth with guests that push the boundaries of conventional living, driven by the singular pursuit of being on an unrelenting quest to continually expand the horizons of their body, mind and spirit.

The aim is to learn more about them and from them; their story, the work they are doing, the highs, the lows, the triumphs, the heartaches and everything in between.

The hope is that these conversations might spark something within you that gives you the courage to take a chance and go after your goals.

Fascinating topics but terrible interviewer

Listening to Katrina Riddle discuss motherhood, co-sleeping and unschooling is fascinating and she is incredibly articulate so I recommend listening. Why the interviewer can’t ask a question without umming or hesitating is beyond me? He sounds totally out of his depth with her intellect and ruined the conversation with his half-hearted ‘yeah’ replies. sort it out you have incredible guests on your show!! In future you can just say ‘could you please tell us about this’ rather than ‘um so yeah um don’t you sortof do some co-sleeping with your kids?’

Big thumbs down

This is one of the most awful podcasts I’ve listened to in a while. I persevered with the episodes featuring Tony Riddle as I’m fascinated by his work. However the quality of the recording is awful and the interviewer is ponderous, seems to lack the ability to ask any insightful questions, is clearly reading from a script either end of the episode and appears incapable of holding a conversation with his guest. He was lucky that Tony was happy to do lots of talking without being prompted by too many questions. Shame because the subject matter is interesting.
