I came across this podcast at a point where I was on a downward spiral of body hate and disordered eating is at an all time high. I listen to at least one of these podcasts a day and honestly it is changing my life...I have been battling with calorie counting and restrictions on my food since my early teens and up to now I have been someone who weighs myself 3/4 times a day, since I’ve introduced the recovery warrior show into my life I have weighted myself only twice a day. I am so thankful for finding you’re wisdom and the wisdom of your guests. Knowing I am not alone in this is becoming so beneficial and I am starting to see myself making small steps toward recovery. Thank you so much ❤️

The Power of your words the Narrative

I listened to this today and really liked the style of the podcast how it switched from your journal to words of wisdom from Caroline Myss, I feel this can be applied to the difficulties in recovery from ED and in particular the compexity of your core beliefsa and how they influence you in any relationship including your core self. As I listened to your journal entries, I really felt with you how you responded and I was particularly struck with the word humiliation and how Caroline defined it and how I define it, there is enormous power in the vocabulary we use. Very, very helpful and brave of you to share so openly, I really appreciate that, Thank you so much for your Recovery Warrior Show, its a shining diamond of light.
