With over 15 years in recruitment, Abbie's role in the team is to help recruiters realise their dreams when it comes to running their own recruitment business. With a passion for the recruitment industry Abbie understands the drive and motivation it takes to achieve personal goals and ambitions. We spoke about how she ended up working for SSG with a little surprise for her towards the end!

We talked about the journey leading up to her launching a niche focused business within the FMCG sector, some real-life challenges and curve balls life throws at us, the importance of having the right support around you when the going gets tough but also how much of a positive impact it has had on her life since making the decision to work for herself.

Chris tells us what working for himself really means to him and how his business exceeded £1m turnover in the first 8 months of trading and all about his ambitions to grow and exceed £10m.
