This week, Justin discusses the books he highly recommends you read in 2020. He introduces each book and why you may want to consider taking time to read them.

060 How to make New Year's Resolutions stick

It’s not something that I’ve ever really done, but I know my wife, Kathy, used to set resolutions each year. Kathy joins me on the podcast to chat about why I don’t believe new year’s resolutions are very effective and how lasting change can be brought about.

We cover setting goals, the difference between strategies and goals, why we need to talk to our 85-year old self, and why it's important not to wait until the New Year to make the changes we want to see in our lives.

Thoughtful episodes 60 and 61

A good start to thinking about what's working and what's not. Nice nod to the reality of life planning. Justin might like to interview Jack Black of Mindstore particularly on the thinking forward aspect where Jack has some great tools. For your reading/audible list can I recommend in the health and well being vein Keto Clarity by Jimmy Moore, Grain Brain by Dr David Pearlmutter and of course Mindstore by Jack Black. Keep up the good work. Great news about the link with Timeline.
