Trustworthy info. Honest. Educational. Humourous.
I'm listening to the entire back catalogue and am being entertained and educated. Steve & Pascal have a great, natural, honest dialogue - both really make me laugh at times and they are both really easy to relate to. Much of what they discuss relates to the wider struggle we have in trying to make the most of our training without it dominating our lives, playing the long game rather than seeking a quick fix. They both walk the talk - or Squat it I should say.
Super weird having a domestic abuser on repeatedly
50% of the past six episodes featured someone with a well-documented and public history of abusing a woman he was in a relationship with.
Creepy af to associate with that kind of trash.
Giving abusers airtime and amplifying them? you’re a trash person too.
Top notch
A great podcast with good hosts and interesting guests, full of useful information on body building.
