Brilliantly consistent podcast

I was never a fan of podcasts, but this one has changed my mind!! It’s brilliant, has a very good range of guests, topics and conversations with a consistent high standard of quality. Was behind with them episodes but have recently binge listened to them while commuting or doing uni work and caught up. Writing this comment after listening to episode #117 with Dr. Mike Israetel, and this episode was absolute top notch. I would recommend this episode, and all of them to anyone who is into fitness or rugby.

Informative and witty

Great listen, Always easy to listen to while driving, or while working. Slightly straight to the point but that’s what makes it unique!
TJ always has an open mind to their guests opinions, as nothing is ever linear!
