Whether you are a runner, dream of being a runner, are a back of the pack runner, an elite runner or have no interest in running whatsoever, this podcast will bring something into your day that you weren’t expecting. Tina is a great host, who makes you feel part of the conversation & uses her interest in all things health, nutrition, physiology, biomechanics, physiotherapy humanity, mental health, training & life-balance to get the most interesting conversations.
I highly recommend giving it a go & falling a little bit in love with Tina like I did!!
