To The Point and Easy to take in
If you want to know the difference between click bait fads and facts then this is the place for you. Roy’s knowledge is second to none and you get no BS when it comes to all round fitness and nutrition and debunking of “influencers” with their 8 minute vegan abs plan. He is an all round good guy and really simplifies things down in easily digestible (no pun intended) pieces. If you are lost in how to really change your life and mindset then give him your time and your eyes will be opened. What are you waiting for ?
Runs his podcast as expertly as he wears a kilt
Roy isn’t just a great podcast host because he asks insightful questions, he’s also a genuinely top class human. He’s knowledgeable yet humble, more than happy to say where he’s gone wrong in the past to the benefit of others and able to see where the listener is coming from to ensure a great conversation/ listen is always had. If you’re interested in learning more about fitness, nutrition and health, you’ve come to the right show.
