A promising start to a great podcast
Whether it’s the much needed resistance against a rising tide of baseless and ridiculous, social-media-borne, anti-science conspiracy theories, or real morsels of intellectually nourishing science explained in a calm and accessible manner, it’s great to see Dan in this convenient and portable format.
For a nascent venture, the guests have been an impressive line-up so far. It’s been fun and refreshing to hear familiar science communicators give their candid take on the world of conspiracy nuts, especially since each one has brought new depths of expertise in their respective fields to the conversation.
My only criticism is the length of the episodes thus far. I feel they need to consistently be 45-60 minutes, with at least two thirds devoted to high quality discourse with the guest. One was barely more than twenty, and felt like it was over before it had even got going.
Very promising start though, I eagerly look forward to each episode.
Great stuff as always.
Great podcast, enjoying the variety of guests!
This interview based podcast has had a great variety of guests so far and I’m enjoying the running themes and the flow of the show. It’s great to hear from other science based experts who are super passionate.
Great driving companion.
