Honestly this girl changed the way I think from the very first podcast she done!! Each podcast is so insightful and feels me with so much thought & positivity!! Just makes me want to be a better person every time I listen. I only listen to 3 podcasts Sinead, Jay Shetty & the diary of a CEO!!

What can I say.. I absolutely love her podcast especially the latest one with her boyfriend jack. It was so nice seeing how their relationship had grown over the last year, from going long distance to now being in Bali together.

Also Love how they kept it so real and honest, saying there has been times that they have struggled, which keeps it so relatable.

Anyways keep doing what you’d are doing I love it!

I have followed Sinead for a couple of years, I love her journey, outlook and positivity.
The episodes are so insightful, they allow me to rethink patterns of behaviours, bring mindfulness into my day and it has a great mix of guests with down to earth conversations 💫🤍
