For the journey

This podcast came to me at a fascinating stage of a journey I began at the end of 2015 when I began to discover what fitness meant. As I got to grips with getting in shape physically, I then learnt that I needed to consider my mind AND my spirit - so this is where The Sisu Way came in. Not only does Scott inspire me with his own thoughtfulness but his guests do too and this powerful combination challenges me to be the best version of myself that I can be for me, my family and my life in the round. This podcast has become a big part of my life because it has helped me gain perspective on dealing with adversity and remembering what truly matters. Thanks Scott, I feel indebted to you.
