What a season it has been and the World Cup Finals didnt disappoint, huge performances when the pressure was on and mega performances when there was nothing on the table.

Shiffrin equals and then surpasses Stenmark's record victories on the World Cup. History was written of the last 2 races on the womens tour as the record tumbled after Shiffrin dismantled the field on both GS and Slalom skis.

Odermatt was pushed to the limit and still came out on top in a GS double header in Slovenia.

Conditions tested the Worlds best last weekend, history was made, titles were decided and athletes booked themselves a ticket to World Cup Finals.

Palisades Tahoe, where to start... Awesome job just being able to get the races away with all that snow, and the athletes didnt disappoint. The women were in action in Crans Montana with there own weather challenges.

No Ben or Marcel this week, I'm sure they are away setting up a T-shirt factory... You all know why (my social media inbox is filled up with your lovely messages!!), So we have upgraded the team for this week! Marc Telling coaching big brain and non other than Mr Ski Racing, Nick Fellows.

What a two weeks of racing at Courchevel Meribel 2023. Highlights of the champs... got to be the Canadian performances?!? Maybe the Kristoffersen second run in the slalom? AJ Ginnis in the slalom? Bassino's super G run? Pinturault stepping up?

After another hectic racing schedule, we lead with the incredible run that Shiffrin is on, skiing at her best, well if not at then certainly close to it. Closing in on Stenmark's long held record, which stands intact... for now.

Odermatt is back with a bang, Meilard bossed the last GS before World Champs but is it enough to get the better of Odermatt when he returns to the GS tour?
