Tilsterrrrr ,

My favourite podcast

Lauren and Micheal are such good interviewers - they always get all the details from the people they are talking to. Each ep provides so much useful take aways that help you self improve that I end up re listening or taking notes. Thank you for creating such great content!

Sarah Amandine ,

Great guests but too many ads

This podcast has amazing guests and Lauren and Michael usually let them talk about what they want and as much as they want. I’ve enjoyed several episodes so far and learned a lot. However, I think they should work on their interviewing skills as it feels a bit too “after-school special” and not professional enough at times. I’ve often felt the interview could have gone in a more interesting direction. What’s more, the constant ads (there’s a 1min30 ad every 10-15 minutes) are very wearying imo. Skip through them like I do, you’ll get more from this podcast.

Ghurls ,

Absolutely obsessed

I am utterly obsessed with Lauryn and Michaels way of surfacing information and bringing forward experts from all walks of life. I feel like I’ve used tips and tricks that I’ve learned from them to significantly improve my health and well-being. Love love love!
