Well done for doing this. Enjoying your ‘craic’ and musings. I love how in two episodes you’ve referenced Warren Buffett three times. I worked in a business he owns for 16 years and his values of integrity, living by your word and living by your beliefs, leading by example and doing the work are deeply instilled in me. You’re right he is a really nice person and so very human and soulful. The integrity aligns with what you said about Paul Chek expecting his coaches to live his method. Lead by example. So true. It’s authenticity.
Warren also always says that if you’re doing something in home or work life that you wouldn’t want to be splashed around the news or social media then don’t do it. Integrity, integrity, integrity. Goes with the first of The Four Agreements - Be impeccable with your word. I love it.
