Intuitive eating is a field I know little about, but something I want to learn more about. I often find when working with clients that they want to be told what to eat, but in my opinion that won't work in the long run, because as much as I'd like to, I can't forever be holding their hand. That's why on today's show I've got Marcelle Rose with me to help me understand what intuitive eating is.

Marcelle specialises in helping women beat binge eating, bulimia, emotional eating and yo-yo dieting so they can make peace with their body and heal their relationship with food.
