We talk about what they enjoyed, what they found challenging, what it was like for Tylee planning her wedding while being a wedding vendor herself, and how they connected with their dream team of suppliers.

Today we’re doing something a little bit different – we are going to be giving you a little preview of a brand new Netflix show called "Marriage or Mortgage", premiering on Monday March 10th.  This Nashville-based show follows engaged couples deciding between investing in a house or a wedding, and our guest today is actually the wedding planner who co-hosts the show, the lovely Sarah Miller of Southern Vine & Co. Today I have the joy of welcoming Heather from Sash & Veil, who designs and creates completely magical, bespoke bridal accessories. Her speciality is veils and capes, which her brides can customise in every way – and I love that she encourages her clients to weave their personality and story into the pieces she makes. We talk about her journey into the world of fashion and bridal, where her inspiration comes from, and her top tips for brides out there currently shopping for their outfit. We explore some ideas on how to personalise bridal accessories in a meaningful way, in particular for brides wanting to pay tribute to a loved one who is no longer with them. For me, this really embodies how brides and grooms can tell their story in a completely unique way and I think it’s more important than ever to own, embrace, enjoy that celebration.
